Eater Las Vegas: Jinya Ramen Bar Close to Opening a Second Location in Las Vegas
The first of two big expansions for Jinya Ramen Bar is officially close to a southwest debut at the Rainsprings Plaza.
Taking over the 2,400-square-foot corner spot at 7240 S. Rainbow Blvd., it joins a Starbucks and the only Panera Bread in Las Vegas equipped with a drive-thru.
Now hiring and announcing it will open “soon,” the thick noodle experts have also shared a rendering, hinting at the possible interior design.
Arriving on Flamingo Road in 2014, Jinya has earned a following for its ramen dishes upgraded with a slow simmered, tonkotsu-style stock and a long list of customizable toppings, plus choices from a full menu including a “crispy kale lollipop,” “Brussels sprouts tempura,” rice bowls, mini tacos and the popular crispy chicken.
A third local expansion is confirmed for Boca Park, replacing a shuttered American Apparel store and coincidentally, placed next door to another Panera Bread outpost.
Created 18-years ago in Tokyo, founder Tomonori Takahashi remains the growing brand’s CEO and now oversees more than two dozen U.S. locations.
