Now in downtown Los Angeles, JINYA Ramen Bar is Tokyo ramen master Tomonori Takahashi’s fifth Los Angeles location. Exclusive to the new DTLA location is a 101-bottle sake list, offering guests the opportunity to learn and savor the Japanese spirit, including rare and limited -edition bottles. Sakes on the list come from 30 of Japan’s 47 districts, including Kamoizumi Brewery’s “Sachi” “Sachi” sake from Masumi, a family-owned brewery founded in 1662.
